  1. Can I register for the 2nd semester as a new applicant to study BSc in Geology?

    • Unfortunately, it’s unlikely you can register for the BSc in Geology program at the University of Pretoria for the 2nd semester as a new applicant.

      Here’s why:

Applications for undergraduate studies at UP typically close in August for the following academic year. This means applications for the 2nd semester, which starts in July, are no longer open.
Even if applications were still open, space in programs is limited. Admission is not guaranteed, and it’s highly unlikely new applications would be considered for the 2nd semester, especially for a popular program like BSc in Geology.
