Before Applying for Admission or picking a form at Waterberg Campus, there are certain requirements set up for aspiring candidates to take note of, therefore, We have taken time to outline the Waterberg Campus admission requirements for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as other members of the institute.
Waterberg Campus Admission Requirements
Waterberg Campus admission requirements for 2022 applicants are available below and are divided into two (2) sessions, there are;
Candidates and Enrolled Nursing Auxiliaries Who Passed Grade 12 Prior to The Current Academic Year
- Senior Certificate with endorsement.
- National Senior certificate – Bachelor’s Degree Pass.
- Compulsory subjects: English HG E-symbol / Level 4
- An aggregate of 20 points on a rating scale.
- Must be a South African citizen from Limpopo Province.
Procedures
- Completed application forms must be received at the College from the 01st of April to the 31st of August each year.
- The prescribed Limpopo College of Nursing application for admission form must be completed and signed.
- A certified copy of the Senior Certificate., Identity book and marriage certificate where applicable.
- Rating scale completed.
- Certified proof of registration with SANC (where applicable)
Candidates Currently in Grade 12 (NSC)
- English must be passed with at least a level 4 pass i.e. 50-59%.
- Candidates must submit certified copies of a statement of results by the 10th of January after the Grade 12 examination results, are released, to the office of the Registrar.
- Candidates must be South African citizens from Limpopo Province.
Procedures
- Grade 12 applicants must submit written proof from the school, that they are registered for a National Senior Certificate – Bachelors Degree passes with English as a compulsory subject.
- Completed application forms must be received at the College from the 01st of April to the 31st of August each year.
- The prescribed Limpopo College of Nursing application for admission form must be completed and signed.
- A certified copy of the Identity Document must be attached. (Birth Certificate if ID is not available yet).
Admission Requirements for Candidates Who Are Enrolled, Nurses
- A Senior Certificate— Only compulsory subject: English
- An aggregate of 20 points on the rating scale.
- Certified proof of current registration with SANC.

IMPORTANT:
The college does not accept any responsibility for the non-delivery of posts for any reason.
Applicants who do not meet all the requirements should not apply as the application will be disqualified immediately.
Application forms must be sent by registered post. (should this not be done, the college will not accept responsibility for forms not received).
An application is considered incomplete if the “Documents Required to be submitted with Application Form“ is not attached. Such application will not be considered for selection.
