Track and access your application status online at the Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) website by following the steps below.

How to Check MUT Status

There are two main ways to check your Mangosuthu University of Technology application status:

Through the Central Applications Office (CAO):

• Visit the CAO website: http://www.cao.ac.za/MyApplicationLogin.aspx
• Click on “Check My Application”.
• Enter your CAO number, ID number, or passport number.
• Click “Submit”.
• You will be able to see the status of your application, as well as any offers you have received.
• Which May Include:
  • “Received” – Your application has been received and is being processed.
  • “Awaiting documents” – You need to submit additional documents.
  • “Sent for evaluation” – Your application is being evaluated by the university.
  • “Offered” – You have been offered admission to the university.
  • “Not offered” – You have not been offered admission to the university.

Through the Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) Website:

• Visit the MUT website: https://www.mut.ac.za/
• Click on “Student Portal”.
• Click on “iEnabler”
• Enter your student number and your PIN.
• Click “Login”.
• You will be able to see the status of your application, as well as any offers you have received.

TIP: If you applied through the CAO, your application status will be updated on the CAO website first.
