CAP TEST: All NCV prospective students are expected to write a CAP Test which will assist students in making better career choices. CAP Test is compulsory for all first entering students.

Step 5:

Complete REGISTRATION FEE: The non-refundable registration fee is paid when a prospective student submits a registration form and vary in programmes selected.

Step 6:

TUITION FEES: The administration, registration, and examination costs/fees are dependent on the choice of qualification the student intends to register. The tuition fee includes the prescribed books for the students who study on a full-time basis.

IMPORTANT

All prospective student is expected to submit an application form to the relevant campus and subsequently confirm their registration during the registration period. Application forms can be obtained at any of the college campuses.

Please note that registration for NC (V) programmes is done in January only.

The NATED programmes intake is done every semester (January and July) for Business Studies and every trimester (January, May, and September) for Engineering Studies.

The intake for the Occupational programmes in Mošate Hotel School is done every semester (January and July).

NOTICE: T2 applications are extended from 1 July until 15 July 2020.

Confirmation for returning students will resume from 1 July to 10 July 2020.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

To apply online, you will need

• Internet access.
• A valid personal email address (should you not have an e-mail account, please open one before proceeding with your online application).
• Your latest school results – Example: Grade 11 final or grade 12 June or September or final school-leaving results – No Grade 12 March results.
• A valid SA ID number or passport number
• A valid cell number correctly, as your application status will be communicated via cellphone
